Booking Information
Minimum booking period is 2 nights except off-peak or last-minute.
To secure a booking, a deposit of 50% of the total charge is required. (For one night and last-minute bookings the full charge must be paid). The outstanding balance to be paid 24hrs before arrival.
Payments can be made via the online banking system within NZ.
Credit card payments can be accepted via PayPal.
(PayPal transaction fees are incurred).
Overseas visitors can pay through PayPal.
(Exchange rate as determined by PayPal).
Payment details will be provided once a provisional booking has been accepted.
If you need to cancel your booking, please give us as much notice as possible. The deposit may be forfeited if a replacement booking cannot be obtained. See Cancellation Policy
Notes
- Reduced rates are available for children but we do ask that visitors EITHER dispose of nappies themselves OR purchase refuse sacks for disposal
- Smokers should use the bins provided outside for cigarette ends
- Owners are expected to clear up after their pets
